Exercises for Tennis Elbow Relief
There are a couple of ways you can stretch your forearms for Tennis Elbow and Golfers Elbow Prevention and Relief. In this short tennis tip, video I demonstrate some forearm exercises for tennis elbow pain. These exercises can help prevent or recover from Tennis and Golfers Elbow. They should be done before playing tennis or engaging in other high risk activities. Both of these forearm stretches should be done to prepare the muscles and tendons for the challenges ahead. Make sure you do a few of these stretches before rushing out on the tennis court or other sports that will put your forearms to work, and your body will thank you for taking a little extra time!
